We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, venue availability, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Bookings & Payment
3.1 Making a Booking
Bookings can be made via the enquiry form on this website, by phone (0417 799 887), or by email (kirstybarossawinetours@outlook.com). A booking is confirmed only once we provide written confirmation (including by email or text message).
3.2 Pricing
All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of confirmation.
3.3 Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Full payment is generally required prior to the tour date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by You
- More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund or credit for a future tour.
- 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund or full credit for a future tour.
- Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund. We may offer credit at our discretion.
4.2 Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a tour due to insufficient numbers, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
4.3 Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. If our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services re-supplied.
5. Tour Conduct & Safety
5.1 Responsible Service of Alcohol
We are committed to the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA). We reserve the right to refuse or limit alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated. Guests under 18 years of age will not be served alcohol.
5.2 Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol on any tour.
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, our staff, and winery hosts.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or endangers the safety of others, without refund.
5.3 Health & Dietary Requirements
Please advise us of any dietary requirements, allergies, mobility limitations, or medical conditions at the time of booking so we can make reasonable accommodations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our tours or this website.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant tour.
- We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or products of third-party venues, wineries, restaurants, or service providers visited during tours.
This clause does not apply to the extent that it would contravene the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Barossa Wine Tours or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). - Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers are transferable to another person.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
13. Dispute Resolution
